Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility to help residents regain or improve daily living skills. Provide skilled OT services, develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, perform accurate and compliant documentation to meet regulatory and payer requirements, and support patient safety and functional independence in a travel assignment based in Madawaska, ME. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Maine Occupational Therapy license required
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required
