Conduct occupational therapy services to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills in Vermont and New Hampshire. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited program. Pass the National Registration Exam and obtain BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License
- Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Vermont and New Hampshire or hold an unencumbered compact license
- BS in Occupational Therapy or postgraduate Occupational Therapy Certification program
- Must have passed National Registration Exam
