Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist to support outpatient and inpatient coverage at local critical access hospitals in Elwood and nearby Indiana communities. Split schedule includes Elwood and a neighboring site with approximately 10 patient visits per day across pediatrics, adult neuro, and adult ortho, plus inpatient duties on designated days. Requires OT degree (BS/MS/PhD) and active Indiana OT license; BLS may be required. Travel between multiple regional sites is essential. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Indiana OT license prior to start date
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience across outpatient and acute care settings (client requirement)
- Clinical experience treating pediatrics, adult neuro, and adult orthopedics (client requirement)
- Ability and willingness to travel between multiple clinic sites (client requirement)
- Comfort with a mixed caseload ~10 visits per day (client requirement)
- Preferred: prior travel therapy experience and experience with inpatient care at critical access hospitals
