Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide home-based occupational therapy that supports patient independence and safety in the Epping, NH area. Assess and treat injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to help regain or improve daily living skills, following established clinical care guidelines and documentation standards. Travel within the assigned home health coverage territory to patient homes, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain required productivity. Emphasize independent work in patient homes, with mileage reimbursement for travel between visits and 100% paid housing when applicable plus travel and license reimbursement; comply with NH OT license requirements and BLS certification as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Minimum experience providing occupational therapy in home health or community-based settings preferred
- Experience with HCHB EMR is preferred
- Must be able to travel within the assigned coverage area and drive between patient visits
- Mileage reimbursement provided between first and last patient visits
- Must meet any client-specific professional certification requirements outlined in the LHC Group job description
