Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide patient-centered occupational therapy in a travel contract role within a skilled nursing facility in Canton, IL. Therapists evaluate and treat patients to regain or improve daily living skills, document using EMR systems, and implement restorative programs and ADL training. Requires OT degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral) and active IL OT license; BLS may be required. Shift pattern is five 8-hour shifts (08:30–16:30) with standard 30-minute meal break. Travel housing options are available with 100% paid housing, license reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
- Ability to manage documentation and use electronic medical record systems preferred
