Travel Occupational Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility: evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy per physician orders and facility protocols, document progress, educate patients/families/caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to patient outcomes in a post-acute care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Texas Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required
