Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist needed for a contract assignment in Montesano, WA, to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills. Requires OT degree (Bachelor/Master/Doctoral) and active WA OT license; BLS may be required. OTR is required; COTA candidates may be considered. Role involves 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts with travel/contract therapy options and comprehensive benefits, housing assistance where applicable, and competitive pay. Emphasis on documentation accuracy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered care across post-acute care in a travel/contract setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- OTR required. COTA candidates may be considered where applicable; note COTA-specific requirements are preferred
