Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility, including conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with nursing and rehabilitation staff to support safe discharge and functional independence. Requires OT degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral) and active Texas OT license; BLS may be required. Previous travel therapy and SNF experience preferred; ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and therapeutic activity planning experience are preferred. Position is a travel contract located in Camp Wood, TX with 8-hour shifts; housing and travel/license reimbursement are offered.
