Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy in a skilled nursing environment to help patients regain or improve daily living skills. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, facilitate functional outcomes, and document progress to support safe discharge and quality-of-life improvements. Assignment features include travel to facilities, shift hours from 08:30 to 16:30, five 8-hour shifts per week, and commitments to license verification, BLS, and onboarding. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
- Current documentation of professional credentials and ability to complete facility onboarding requirements
