Job Summary
Travel Occupational Therapist role in San Leandro, CA delivering skilled evaluation and treatment across multiple settings (inpatient rehabilitation and acute care) to support functional independence and safe discharge planning. Requires clinical judgment, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams; must hold an OT degree and an active California OT license. Responsibilities include supporting patient-centered goals, ADL training, splinting, and adaptive equipment recommendations with EMR documentation.
