Job Summary
Conduct home health occupational therapy for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to help them regain or improve daily skills within Morris County. Deliver services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, working a 40-hour week with weekend and on-call requirements as needed. Maintain a productivity target of 30 points while ensuring all visits are covered by mileage reimbursement. Hold an active state license, BLS certification, and current driver's license to begin the assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License
- Home health experience
- Current licensure
- CPR
- Current driver license
- Insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Weekend and on-call requirements as needed
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
