Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with elbow, wrist, hand, and shoulder injuries, including post-surgical and rotator cuff cases, while utilizing physical agent modalities. Provide outpatient care and manage critical access swing and Med Surg coverage in a 12-bed hospital. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with travel between two facilities required. Traveler must own their own transportation and hold an active state license, BLS certification, and two years of OT experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License
- 2 years current Occupational Therapy experience
- Outpatient experience
- Inpatient experience
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- Experience using physical agent modalities
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, 40 hours per week
- No weekend requirement
- Travel between 2 facilities
- Own transportation
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
