Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility to help patients regain daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. Document care accurately using electronic medical records and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes. Prioritize geriatric populations and post-acute care interventions while maintaining active Washington State licensure. Work five days per week in 8-hour shifts with access to comprehensive benefits including housing, travel reimbursement, and weekly pay. This assignment offers clinical growth opportunities across contract, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire arrangements in Montesano, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings
- Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care interventions
- Proficiency in documenting using electronic medical records
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- OTR
