Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility to help patients regain daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. Provide clinical variety through functional ADL training, splinting, and cognitive retraining while contributing to patient independence. Maintain an active state Occupational Therapy license and BLS certification from AHA or ARC. This travel assignment offers weekly pay, full medical benefits, 401(k) matching, and 100% paid housing. Located in Nashville, IN, the role provides access to regional attractions and outdoor recreation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active state Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
- Prior travel therapy experience
- Experience with functional ADL training, splinting, and cognitive retraining
