Job Summary
Conduct outpatient and inpatient occupational therapy for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities, managing a mixed caseload of approximately 10 daily visits across pediatrics, adult neuro, and adult orthopedics. Provide coverage at critical access hospitals and travel between multiple regional sites on a split schedule, including Mondays and Wednesdays at Elwood and Tuesdays and Thursdays at a neighboring town. Maintain an active Indiana OT license and BLS certification prior to assignment start.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Indiana OT license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience across outpatient and acute care settings, including work in critical access hospitals
- Clinical experience treating pediatrics, adult neuro, and adult orthopedics
- Ability and willingness to travel between multiple clinic sites as part of a split schedule between Elwood and nearby communities
- Comfort managing a mixed caseload with an expected patient volume near 10 visits per day
- Ability to travel between multiple regional sites as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience
- Experience with inpatient care at critical access hospitals
