Job Summary
Conduct approximately eight occupational therapy evaluations per eight-hour day in acute care hospital settings using portable equipment and electronic medical records like Meditech and Redoc. Maintain an active Florida Occupational Therapist license and provide BLS certification from AHA or ARC. Work exclusively during day shifts with no on-call responsibilities, wearing gray scrubs. This assignment offers weekly pay, full medical benefits, 401k matching, and 100% paid housing through Jackson Therapy Partners. Fort Pierce provides coastal recreation and regional transit access.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Ability to perform evaluations and treatments in an acute care hospital using portable equipment and electronic medical records (Meditech and Redoc)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and completing approximately 8 evaluations in an 8-hour shift
- 100% paid housing
