Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, and diagnose patients while developing appropriate rehabilitation goals. Complete clinical notes within a timely manner and make referrals to various specialists to provide optimal patient care. This role supports a multidisciplinary setting at Town Physical Therapy, offering comprehensive care for sports injuries, elderly patients, and post-surgical individuals. New Grads and Experienced Occupational Therapists are welcome to join the team.
