Job Summary
Provide school-based OT services to students, conducting evaluations to identify fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skill needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals; deliver direct OT services to students individually or in small groups; collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams; participate in IEP meetings with goal development and progress documentation; educate staff and families on strategies for generalization; maintain accurate documentation; engage in ongoing professional development. Requires Master’s degree in OT, active state license, NBCOT certification, and experience in educational settings. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where services will be provided
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
- Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred
