Job Summary
School-based Occupational Therapist role providing evaluations and treatments to students to support access to education through IEP-aligned goals. Responsibilities include conducting assessments of fine motor, sensory processing, and visual-motor needs; developing individualized treatment plans; delivering direct OT services individually or in small groups; collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams; participating in IEP meetings; educating staff and families on generalization of strategies; maintaining timely documentation; and pursuing ongoing professional development. Offers W2 employment with potential 12-month salaried pay, full benefits, and a clinician-first culture. Hybrid on-site/off-site options in Marble Falls, TX for the 2026–2027 school year.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where services will be provided
- NBCOT certification
- Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred
