Job Summary
Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students, including conducting evaluations and assessments of fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skills; developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals; delivering direct OT services individually or in small groups; collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support classroom modifications and interventions; participating in IEP meetings and documenting student progress; educating staff and families on strategies for generalization of interventions; maintaining accurate documentation; engaging in ongoing professional development; and offering 12-month salaried pay and comprehensive benefits. This role requires a Master’s degree or higher in OT, current state OT licensure, NBCOT certification, and prior experience with school-aged children or educational settings.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where services will be provided
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
