Occupational Therapist - Therapy Rehab (Part Time)

Job Summary
Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities, delivering therapy to improve mobility, independence, and functional outcomes. Document effectively in FOX’s EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists), and offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access. OT license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain) is required. Role involves driving to patient homes and conducting in-home and community visits across Goose Creek, SC. Notably, the position supports in-home, senior living, and virtual care delivery with salaried opportunities and potential for benefits; includes New Graduates eligibility for FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Ability to drive to patient homes and communities for in-home visits
- Capability to meet physical demands of in-home and community-based care
