Job Summary
Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in private residences or senior living communities, delivering therapy to improve mobility, independence and quality of life; document in the EMR per regulatory standards; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; telehealth/virtual care when appropriate; roles include in-home and senior living care with flexible scheduling and potential telehealth components. Requires eligible or active OT license in GA with a degree from an accredited OT program and ability to drive to patient homes; position available as Full-time in Alpharetta, GA with FOX Rehabilitation; benefits include health insurance, professional development support, and opportunities for mentor programs for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
