Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed for part-time opportunities in Arizona (Surprise and surrounding areas) with FOX Rehabilitation. Provide 1:1 occupational therapy services in geriatric care within senior living communities, with flexible scheduling and an interdisciplinary therapy team. Roles include salaried Part-Time/PRN options, support for new grads via mentor program, and benefits including continuing education, certification reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and health/dental/vision options. Requirements include a valid OT license in the state of practice, a degree from an accredited OT program, basic computer literacy, and current CPR certification.
