Occupational Therapist

Screen and evaluate residents to develop care plans, then perform direct treatments in accordance with an established physician's order. Provide teaching and training to caregiver staff while supervising therapists, assistants, aides, and students as required. Contribute to team meetings, monitor clinical efficiencies, and document activities in the clinical documentation system on a timely basis. Handle assigned administrative duties including overseeing resident care activities, medical record oversight, and ordering supplies. This full-time or part-time role at The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center supports a general rehab caseload with weekly pay ranging from $42 to $45 an hour.
