Occupational Therapist

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet unique resident needs. Provide occupational therapy services targeting cognitive, physical, and emotional functioning while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for seamless care. Implement and modify treatment plans based on changing goals, and document resident progress with accurate records. This Per Diem role offers flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends at The Orchards at Lapeer, a state-of-the-art facility equipped with resources to support high-quality care delivery.
