Job Summary
Provide patient care through occupational therapy services and collaborate with an interdisciplinary health care team to improve patient outcomes. Evaluate, administer, and document occupational therapy services as prescribed; establish a plan of care and goals; re-assess progress at appropriate time frames; complete documentation supporting the need for occupational therapy services; teach/instruct and ensure clerical accuracy; demonstrate manual dexterity and motor coordination; contribute to treatment and discharge planning; maintain safety consciousness; align with BLS requirements and state licensure for Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed occupational therapist in the State of Pennsylvania.
