Occupational Therapist - Team Leader

Conduct quality supervision sessions with clinicians in your team and perform regular performance reviews. Support team members to achieve clinical utilisation goals and assist management with recruiting new clinicians who embody the organisation's values. Facilitate and review the new staff induction program, maintain positive team culture, and ensure quality assurance across all documentation while managing site issues related to workplace health and safety, space allocations, and resources. Seek and capture feedback from clients to drive continuous improvement.
