Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and cross-departmental communication. Provide direct patient care by assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery and celebrate patient victories. Requires current licensure, CPR certification, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience with two years of clinical practice is necessary. Active participation on the Therapy Clinical Ladder is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program required
- Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
