Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed to evaluate and treat pediatric clients with developmental delays, neurological conditions, and sensory processing challenges. Develop individualized Plans of Care to support daily activities (play, education, self-care, social participation), collaborate with families for carryover, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and stay current with evidence-based practices. Requires a valid Texas OT license and a commitment to professional growth; flexible schedule with in-person work in Richardson, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Texas state license to practice Occupational Therapy
- Experience or passion to work with children and families in a therapeutic setting
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Adherence to Texas Practice Act & Rules and AOTA Code of Ethics
