Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for the older adult population while supervising Occupational Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a trusted partner to the community. Help patients achieve critical outcomes within our interdisciplinary team serving the geriatric population in senior-living and post-acute settings. This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus an ESOP ownership stake.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license
