Job Summary
Occupational Therapist in an inpatient rehabilitation setting providing direct patient care, supervising treatments and patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans to support recovery and independence. The role focuses on understanding patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs to drive positive outcomes, building meaningful patient relationships, and contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented team environment. Required licensure/certification and CPR, with a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience).
