Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to inpatient rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and create personalized care plans to support recovery and quality of life. Build meaningful patient relationships, address physical, mental, and emotional needs, and contribute to outcomes in a collaborative, growth-oriented Encompass Health environment. Qualifications include state licensure or certification, CPR, and a Master’s Degree preferred (or a Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master‘s Degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
