Job Summary
Direct patient-facing occupational therapy within an inpatient rehabilitation setting, delivering individualized assessments, creating and supervising personalized care plans, and supporting patients toward independence and improved quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, guiding treatments, coordinating with care teams, building meaningful patient relationships, and applying compassionate, evidence-based OT practices to promote positive outcomes. Requires current state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience). Emphasizes collaboration, growth opportunities, and access to advanced technology in a national rehab leader environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
