Occupational Therapist provides direct rehabilitation care to patients, supervising treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to support independence and improved quality of life. Builds meaningful relationships with patients, addresses physical, mental, and emotional needs, and contributes to recovery outcomes within a collaborative team environment. Requires state licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience. Located in a hospital/rehabilitation setting as part of Encompass Health’s inpatient network.
