Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support a successful recovery, celebrate patient victories, and collaborate with a motivated team using access to cutting-edge technology. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, personalized care to improve independence and quality of life for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
