Occupational Therapist - Supervisor for COTA

Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy. Develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders while providing in-home therapy services for children with diverse diagnoses. Engage with families to communicate goals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to refine holistic treatment strategies. Maintain comprehensive documentation reflecting care provided and actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress. Requires a valid, active Occupational Therapy license in Texas, current BLS/CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
