Occupational Therapist (Supervisor)

Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations for children with physical or developmental delays, establishing individualized Plans of Care and identifying appropriate goals for COTA delegation. Provide direct and indirect supervisory oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to 2–3 Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants while auditing session notes and progress reports to ensure documentation standards and insurance compliance. Assign patient caseloads and treatment interventions based on demonstrated clinical competencies and facility workflows, performing required periodic re-evaluations to modify strategies or plan for discharge. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, families, and external providers to coordinate holistic, family-centered care and refer patients for consultation as indicated.
