Job Summary
Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Work with clients of all ages to establish goals and implement therapeutic activities and exercises. Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and educate families on adaptive equipment for daily living. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care while maintaining accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Minimum of 6 months experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
