Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed to provide home- and community-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers and their families in California. Responsibilities include conducting developmental assessments, delivering OT services using the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon), following IFSPs to develop family-driven strategies, and coaching caregivers to build skills and generalize progress. Services available in clients' natural environments, including homes, daycare centers, and other community settings, with virtual services also available. Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and produce bi-annual progress reports. Requires California OT license; pediatric experience required; bilingual Spanish a plus. Competitive hourly rates ($75-$85/hour) with flexible scheduling, sign-on bonus up to $1,000, paid travel time/reports, mileage, and benefits for part- and full-time roles.
