Job Summary

Conduct developmental screenings and provide Occupational Therapy services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays in home, daycare, and community settings. Follow Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to address specific goals, coaching families on intervention strategies to ensure carry-over. Prepare progress reports and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations. This role serves children from birth to three years of age, offering flexible scheduling for part-time employees and independent contractors across New Jersey. Clinical educators provide mentorship, and the agency offers access to industry workshops and paid admin time.

Required Qualifications

  • New Jersey Occupational Therapy (OT) license
  • Early Intervention Experience OR Equivalent Experience
  • Pediatric Experience
  • Home Based Service Delivery Experience (preferred)
  • Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
  • Technology proficient
