Job Summary
Develop and upgrade gross and fine motor skills for multiply handicapped children, including coordination, muscle tone, and sensory integration. Train clients in self-care activities such as feeding and dressing while maintaining progress notes and IEPs for each child on the case load. Serve as a resource to teachers and non-professional personnel, providing technical expertise and guidance. Plan for and participate in parent conferences, Child Study Team meetings, and multidisciplinary staffings. This part-time position begins in Fall 2026 and requires a State of Illinois Occupational Therapist License.
