Job Summary
Occupational Therapist in Streeterville DayRehab serving pediatric and adult populations. Responsible for evaluating patients, planning and implementing OT treatment to restore or maximize independence in daily living skills, facilitating patient participation, collaborating with care teams, and educating patients and families. May supervise affiliated OT students and may teach in department/education and training courses. Requires a Master's degree in OT and active Illinois OT licensure; CPR/BLS certification; ability to assess growth and development across the lifespan; strong documentation and communication skills; weekend rotation exposure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college/university
- Current Illinois license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Current CPR or BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience and ability to develop professional skills by completing development plans and continuing education
