Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) provides a full range of occupational therapy services including assessments, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for patients, implementing therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities, educating patients and families on activities of daily living, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid state OT licensure or registration
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience: 0-1 years
