Provide occupational therapy services including home visits to assess client needs, offering recommendations and support to clients and carers; collaborate with professionals; demonstrate proficiency with daily living equipment; develop skills to enhance functional independence; recommend and monitor home adaptations; maintain professional records; participate in case discussions; promote Occupational Therapy and stay updated on legislation; support team development and mentor junior staff; ensure Health and Safety compliance; assist in student training and development.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent (Dip COT) with HCPC registration.
