Job Summary
Provide skilled Occupational Therapy at patients' homes under the plan of care, assist the physician in evaluating functional status and OT needs, and contribute to developing the care plan. Deliver services within the scope of practice per state laws, coordinate with the health-care team, set rehab goals, guide patients in therapeutic and self-care activities to improve function, and prepare written summaries for the physician every 60 days. Must hold Louisiana licensure and AOTA registration, CPR certification, and have at least one year of OT experience. Full-time role based in Harahan, LA, with comprehensive benefits and ESOP participation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently licensed by the state of Louisiana and registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Have at least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- CPR certification
