Job Summary
Provide skilled Occupational Therapy at patients' homes; assist the physician in evaluating the patient’s functional status and occupational therapy needs, and assist in the development of the plan of care; provide services within the scope of practice as defined by Arkansas state laws; coordinate with other health-care team members; set rehab goals; guide patients in therapeutic, creative and self-care activities to improve function; ensure written summaries to the physician every 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently licensed by the state of Arkansas and registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Have at least one year of experience as OT
- CPR certification
