Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Clinic role at the Verona, WI clinic. Lead care as the sole OT on site within a weekday, outpatient setting (8:00–5:00) with a 40-hour work week, no on-call and no weekends. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with physical, emotional, cognitive and psychosocial deficits; designing and implementing individualized plans of care; educating patients and families; coordinating with a supportive therapy team; supervising designated staff as appropriate; and ensuring safe, effective discharge planning. Education required: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy or related area to obtain licensure in the state of practice; licensure and BLS HCP certification as applicable. No experience required. Strong emphasis on independence, organization, teamwork, and growth within a structured outpatient setting.
