Job Summary
Occupational Therapist – Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE (SNF) is a full-time role joining a rehabilitation team at Hillcrest Millard. The OT evaluates residents and develops individualized treatment plans to support independence in activities of daily living, mobility, safety, cognition, and meaningful routines. You will deliver therapy to progress residents toward functional goals, educate residents and families on plans and safety strategies, complete timely documentation, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary partners, assist with discharge planning and care transitions, supervise therapy assistants and support staff, and maintain safety, infection control, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance. New graduates are encouraged to apply; experienced OTs can mentor others and contribute to care transitions and resident outcomes. Required qualifications include an accredited OT degree, Nebraska or compact-state OT license, and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Nebraska or a compact state
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
