Screen, evaluate, and treat patients while developing treatment plans consistent with benefits and reimbursement levels. Direct and supervise occupational therapist assistants, manage family education, and document all care summaries, reports, and notes to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT registration, state licensure, and CPR certification. Located at Excell Health Care Center in a skilled nursing facility setting.
