Job Summary
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients, then implement therapeutic interventions to improve their functional abilities. Educate patients and families on daily living strategies while documenting progress and adapting plans as necessary. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Required Qualifications
